17th PNWER Annual Summit

Youth Program

All youth participating in the youth program must have a completed registration form and liability waiver on file.

The Youth Program is geared for youth 7 and over. Parents or guardians are welcome to attend activities with their child and help out with the planned event. Children under 7 may participate in the activities if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The Youth Center will be located in the Whitby Room on the lower lobby of the Hotel Captain Cook. The room will be open one hour prior to the posted time of departure for each event and one hour after the posted arrival time back at the hotel. The room will not be open during the outside activities unless a youth participant is unable to attend the event. Parents should arrange to deliver and pick up their youth participants promptly.

Parents or guardians should complete the parent information form and the liability release form and mail the originals to the address on the form. The Youth Program activities may change depending on the ages and number of youth registered for the events.
